Residential and Multi Unit Developments

We have completed a wide range of high end residential and multi unit type developments including mixed use developments with both residential and commercial or retail components.  Specialist finishes such as laser cut feature walls, copper linings and stone masonry are common features on the projects we have completed.

School Projects

Circon have a long relationship with the Catholic Education Office having completed multiple projects with them including new school halls, classroom additions, administration buildings and refurbishments of existing buildings.  We have also completed several government school projects.

Supermarkets

The directors of Circon have a long relationship with both Woolworths and IGA having dealt with them for over 10 years.  In addition to refurbishments on existing stores we have also completed new builds and works for various independent supermarkets, BWS and Dan Murphy’s projects.

Retail Projects

We have completed many retail projects over the years including café’s, clothing outlets, car dealerships and general sales. Many of these involve re-fitting or re-furbishing of existing tenancies and some involve new construction works.
