INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) Circon are signatories to the current CFMEU-MBAV EBA which sets out the working conditions, wages, benefits and other related conditions for our construction site staff. We have a good working relationship with the CFMEU and as a result we have very few industrial relations issues or disagreements on our construction sites. Master Builders Association Victoria (MBAV) Circon are a member of the MBAV which means we have access to a large number of resources, consultants and services to assist you our client with every aspect of your new construction or development. |
